What if I need to change the term of my rental?

You can extend or shorten your rental by contacting us before your return date. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on vehicle availability. Additional charges may apply for extensions.

Who can drive the vehicle?

The person listed as the main driver must hold a valid driver’s licence. Additional drivers can be added to the booking as long as they meet the licence and age requirements.

What is your fuel policy?

We operate a full-to-full policy. This means your vehicle will be supplied with a full tank (or full charge for EVs) and should be returned the same way to avoid refuelling or recharging fees.

What payment methods can I use to rent a vehicle?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Please note that a valid credit or debit card is required for the security bond.

Can I rent a vehicle without a credit card?

Yes, you can use a debit card, but a higher bond may apply. The cardholder must be present when collecting the vehicle.

How long does it take for the pre-authorisation or deposit to process?

The pre-authorisation hold is released by us immediately after your rental ends, but depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 business days to reflect in your account.

What types of coverage are included in the rental price?

Basic insurance is included in all rentals. You can also choose to upgrade your coverage for added protection and peace of mind.

What if I want to use insurance from another provider?

That’s absolutely fine. You’ll still need to meet our rental terms, and a pre-authorisation may still be required as part of our standard policy.

Can I change the details of my reservation?

Yes, changes to your booking can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, subject to availability. Contact our team or manage your booking online.

Can I return the vehicle to a different location from which I picked up?

Yes, one-way rentals are available between select locations. Additional fees may apply. Please let us know in advance to confirm availability.

Who is authorised to drive my vehicle?

Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are authorised. You can add additional drivers at the time of booking or when you pick up the vehicle.

At what age can I rent a vehicle?

You must be at least 21 years old with a full driver’s licence. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.

Can I rent more than one vehicle at a time?

Yes, you can rent multiple vehicles under one account, but each must have an assigned authorised driver.

What do I do in case of a flat tyre or tyre blowout? Is this covered by insurance?

If you experience a flat or tyre blowout, contact us immediately. Some coverage plans include roadside assistance and tyre replacement, while others may require an additional fee.

What should I do in case of loss, breakage, or theft of vehicle keys?

Please report the issue to us immediately. Replacement keys and call-out costs are not typically covered by standard insurance and may incur an additional charge.
